In Australia when it comes to the marriage of someone outside of the country then it is a little more different then in the United States. In order to qualify for the Australia Immigration Spouse Visa the couple must be married for 12 months before they apply. The processing officers have the right to decide which applications should be processed. They can find a consultant to speak to if they have any questions. It seems a little more complicated in Australia then it is in the United States. They have services kind of like in the United States. There is still many differences though. They would have to look more into it though.
