Just An Addictive Personality?

I will be the first one to tell you that I have an addictive personality. I think that I could even tell you the first time I saw the signs when I was younger. With that being said, I also know that I have the ability to stop something on my own if I want to. I quit smoking that way and it was on my terms. Now I think that I have become a little too much reliant on alcohol and I think I need to do things on my terms again and cut back. Would something like an Alcohol Addiction CD be something that could work with my personality?
