What is Turbulence Training?

When trying to lose weight I am sure you have searched high and low for the easiest way to lose weight. I am also sure you have tried and tested most of these new methods. One of the more recent additions to the wide array of training methods is turbulence training. You may have come across this term a lot in recent times. But the final question that remains is how effective is this type of training. Does it really help us achieve what we want to? Well, like most things we won’t find out until we try it.
