You should know that this is not always possible, but there are some things that you can do to ensure that you have a healthy pregnancy once you decide it is time to try to conceive. If you are trying to get pregnant quickly, particularly if it is your first, remember that it does not happen that way for everyone, so don’t take it too hard if you end up having to try for a while. For some, that is just the way it is, but that doesn’t mean it won’t happen. In fact, don’t stress about it or you may find you don’t get what you want nearly as soon as you could.
