Business is conducted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Timeliness is important. However, so is effective communication. Until recently, the only way for communication to be effectively established in business was through face to face meeting. Often this wasn’t very timely at all due to the time it took to arrange meetings and the time it took for everyone to get to the meeting site. Internet web conferencing has enabled communication to be both timely and effective, and is a very viable way for ensuring that instant communication need have an element of communication any longer.
