How Do Theories Have an Effect on Business Success?

Ideas and theories are great and all, but it is important, especially in the business world, to be able to make ideas turn into tangible results. Many are skeptical, for example, about the positive effects gained by organizational theories and the knowledge they provide. However, knowing how organizations work and how people respond to the structure of an organization is paramount to success in a large business or large group of any kind. After all, aspects such as communication can be the saving grace (or ultimate downfall) of even the proudest company. Also, the structure and function of different levels of an organization must be made according to sound reasoning.
