Attitude is important to implement Customer Service Training

 Last week, a customer service training module for my employees got over.  I was already over the moon.  Rightly so, I thought that now my employees would be able to achieve the company’s objectives.  That’s when my friend told me that attitude to serve customers is important.  When I saw my employees talking to my customers, I knew what my friend said.
