Patent Protection Is Useful

An inventor who comes up with an invention after toiling hard and investing his time and brains. Now, if someone else gets to use his inventions and this poor fellow gets how to get a patent nothing, it would surely be the gravest injustice. It is in order to prevent such things from happening that patents laws and trademarks laws have been enacted.
A creation belongs to the creator and patent laws want to have it that way. Patent protection ensures that the inventor has the primary right, which may later come in public domain.
