Google’s Alert Really Handy

Google has a great way of keeping up to date with a particular topic, and it is so easy to set up. Their Alert system allows you to be emailed as it happens, or once a day, or every week with a news event, or story which is connected the the topic you want followed. It might be a developing news story you are interested in, or something in connection with your favorite sports team, a celebrity, or event. I imagine a lot of Internet users have been following events surrounding the death of Michael Jackson and wanted to be alerted to the latest news about him.
