My wife and I built a house just 10 short years ago. However, since we have had the house we have constantly worked on keeping it updated, attractive, and sound. Now, it would have been easy to think that such a new house required no matinence. That may have worked, however, it was neccesary to be proactive in our approach to keep problems from forming.
