Training Frequency Is Key
January 15th, 2010 by admin
The bodies ability to recover from intense physical exercise, and strain due to training with free weights is limited. You have to give your body plenty of time to recover and rebuild between your workouts. Workout frequency is very important to your program. Its is said by some that training 2 times a week for under 1 hour per workout is enough to stimulate the muscles to grow. These are very hard workouts because you are using maximum effort in your lifts with a very low amount of reps being used. After one of these workouts you will need time to recover.
