My Recent Doctor Visit

I went to the doctor last week and I was surprised at what he told me. He said that my blood pressure is way too high and that I need to get a monitor and take it at home to see if it is high every day. He recommended that I get an Omron blood pressure monitor because they are accurate. I was upset because I am only 39 and I thought that I was too young to have high blood pressure. It runs in the family, so I guess it makes sense. I am going to follow his advice and get a monitor.
