Sharing Some Of My Workload

I have come to the realization that I desperately need help when it comes to my workload. I need to learn to delegate some of these tasks to other staff members. I have decided to use professional Commercial Printers, rather than trying to take care of this myself. I am going to be taking a closer look at the staff and deciding which one of my employees can handle more responsibility. I am confident that I can resolve this issue and even though it is hard to let go, I know that I must assign part of my load to others.
